Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we offer a 100% money back guarantee on any product returned, for any reason in 30 days of purchase. We will provide a full merchandise refund in the original form of payment.
Before you return any product to us, please email us at customerservice@jeandarcel.ca to receive a return code number. Once you have been issued the return code, you can send us back the product in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
Return restrictions
- When returning a set or a kit, we require all contents from the original set or kit, remain unused. Partial items from a set or a kit will not be refunded.
- When returning a product, we require it is unused. Skin care products are a highly personal item and we all have to respect strict hygiene requirement.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns.
- Processing time for returns takes up to 10 business days from the date the return is received at our facility.
- Only purchase from jeandarcel.ca can be accepted for return.
- Items purchased on jeandarcel.ca cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Jean D’Arcel and Arcelmed products.
For Products that arrived damaged, please report to us by email with proof. We will offer you a replacement, or a full refund of the money already paid upon receipt of the original item.

Any free samples or marketing items you received are not redeemable for cash and are not available for refund or exchange.
